Captain Jordan Henderson of Liverpool has been suffering from severe chronic heel pain while also recovering from a metatarsal injury. Adrian Peterson of the Minnesota Vikings had suffered a sprained left ankle last month after playing against the Chicago Bears. Luckily for Peterson, the injury was not debilitating enough to keep him from the Vikings game against the New York Giants. After his injury in the Bears game, Peterson was able to return to the game with 4 minutes and 19 seconds left in the third quarter. He was injured during the second quarter.

How Does an Ankle Sprain Occur?
